About Me

In the spring of 2020, just before the world was turned upside down by the pandemic, I received an unexpected email at work. The company was launching a new program called “Coaching for Performance,” designed to help us develop leadership skills and grow both personally and professionally. Although I knew little about coaching at the time, I felt an instinctive pull to sign up. Without hesitation, I enrolled and chose Roxana, a colleague with extensive experience across various industries, as my coach.

As the first lockdown began, so did my journey into leadership and coaching. The uncertainty of the pandemic weighed heavily on everyone, and I was no exception. Confusion and anxiety loomed, and questions about the future seemed endless. It was during this turbulent time that I began to see the true value of leadership through coaching.

Curious to understand how coaching could enhance my leadership abilities, I started researching and seeking advice from friends. I quickly realized its potential, but I also found myself overwhelmed by the flood of information. Terms like consulting, mentoring, and coaching all started to blur together. Recognizing the need for clarity, I decided to pause and focus on my upcoming coaching sessions.

When that first session finally arrived, it was transformative. The conversation with Roxana was simple yet profound, focused entirely on the leadership goals I had set for myself. For the first time, I found clarity in my thoughts, discovering what truly mattered to me. This pattern continued in each subsequent session, helping me navigate not just the challenges of the pandemic, but also personal losses that made those difficult months even heavier.

Experiencing the power of coaching in leadership firsthand, I knew I had found something extraordinary. The clarity, determination, and sense of purpose I gained inspired me to help others achieve the same. Driven by this newfound passion, I decided to become a certified leadership coach, dedicating my life to guiding others on their journey to realizing their dreams and making a positive impact on their lives, families, careers, and businesses.
